    Blackbirds

    Inspired by Beyonce’s “Cowboy Carter” , I aim to create an intimate narrative that reimagine Black life in domestic and rural spaces. Blending nostalgia with modern aesthetics, my images celebrate everyday rituals, whether its hanging laundry, saddling a horse or gathering for Sunday dinner.

    “Coffee-Stained Cashmere” captures the tension between luxury and lived-in comfort, where elegance meets the beauty of imperfection. Through miniature and fashion doll photography, this series explores warmth, nostalgia, and quiet sophistication, soft textiles draped over well-worn furniture, delicate porcelain resting beside a half-read book, and rich, moody tones that suggest both refinement and intimacy.
